Fantastic working with Carlos! He told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Told me what needed to get fixed immediately and what could wait. The best prices available and yes I compared with other shops nearby! I had alignment issues and with my control arm, it would throw my car to the right, now after the fix it runs perfectly!

After years of going to Holler Honda for service, I found Mechanic on Duty when my starter was failing and I had to get on the road to travel for an important work trip by the end of the day. Holler was unhelpful and said they could not schedule a service for several days. In a panic, I called several repair shops and randomly ended up at Mechanic on Duty. They were so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and less expensive than Holler. They promised to get the repair done that day so I could get on the road and make my meetings. Just a few hours later, my car was fixed and has run well ever since.
