I would recommend anyone come to this shop! These guys are professional and above board. I have taken both my cars here several times for work and the team always does a good job. Carlos explains everything that needs to be done and why. When I’ve decided to not approve some of their suggested work, they didn’t pressure me to move forward with approving what I didn’t want done. Carlos at the front is an honest man and I super appreciate that both times where I’ve brought my car in and they couldn’t find any issue, they ended up not charging me. This shop is worth your time and money. Keep killing it Mechanic on Duty!

My daughter's brakes failed and we had to find a mechanic near UCF. After receiving an extremely high quote from another company, we searched online for a different option. We found Mechanic On Duty and noticed all the positive reviews. From the beginning, Hassani was fantastic. He offered an honest second opinion, provided us with options, and gave us a very reasonable quote. The information he provided before we even decided to have him do the work was extremely helpful. Shortly after the brakes were fixed, we brought the car back in for an unrelated issue and the team fixed it immediately. I can't say enough great things about the Mechanic On Duty team. They are honest, helpful, and fast. I have already told them that I plan to bring our other cars in for service and we're over an hour away.
