Mechanic on Duty inspired me to write a review. I never write reviews. Mechanic on Duty goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers. When I first moved here from Pennsylvania, having dealt with several problems on my Toyota's engine, Carlos from Mechanic on Duty stood out in service, price, and knowledge by a landslide. My family in PA loves the fact they know Carlos and the rest of the staff at MOD are there to take care of my vehicles. They also know where to go for everything cars! My favorite part, is when Carlos shows me exactly how much better I should be at taking care of my car. I've learned a lot about cars through MOD being so thorough in explaining everything, and I mean everything! Awesome deals, and I don't dread car trouble. Carlos has seen me go through a few vehicles, and he surrounds himself with an awesome staff! I'm looking forward to my next oil change, or breakdown! Ha-ha. If you are into supporting awesome people, and you need car advice, or even an oil change... Mechanic on Duty deserves your support for sure!

Online reviews are the lifeblood of small businesses. I went to Mechanic on duty based on the reviews I found on here, and Carlos and his crew delivered! My 91 pathfinder had a noticeable vibration when I drove. It got to a point I had to have it serviced or I was afraid it would lead to bigger problems down the road. After a short road test with Carlos, he had a good idea to what the problem was. I needed to replace some suspension bushing to stop the vibration. The crew at Mechanics On Duty did an excellent job! Professional, quality workmanship and the final price of the job was great too. I will be using them in the future. Had an issue with wheel bearings. The guys fixed it in no time. They are honest and prices are fair.

Such an excellent experience. Some of the best qualified mechanics worked in my car here, the owner is a very genuine and honest man. I was in trouble with my cars issues and a very tight schedule but they were able to work miracles. I would recommend them to my friends, family, and anyone that might read this review.

Carlos and his team are amazing. When I take my car here, I feel confident that I'm getting quality work done at a very fair price. They are also more than happy to show and explain what's wrong and what my different options are for fixing it, which I appreciate. I'll be going here for all my maintenance needs.

The reviews don't lie Mechanic on Duty is where I'll take my car from now on. Carlos and his team were so helpful and explained every detail of what was going on with my car. Not once did I feel in the least bit intimidated because I'm a woman, in fact he made everything easy to understand even had video to demonstrate how the parts were supposed top be working. I left educated, informed, and empowered to make the right decision for me and my vehicle. And although I was prepared to Uber home while my vehicle was being repaired, they gave me a ride home. My car was ready for pickup next day!!! And my car needed a lot of TLC poor thing, but I was scared that with all the work it would cost a small fortune. However I was pleasantly suprised it was very reasonable given the amount of work that needed to be done, the pricing was fair, honest, and transparent. Needless to say I've found my mechanic and my car drives like new! Thanks a million!!!!
